【个人简介】

李哲,男,山东烟台人,工学博士,学术教授,毕业于长安大学道路与铁道工程专业,曾获得国家和学校资助于英国伯明翰大学(UoB)、美国博伊西州立大学(BSU)访学。从事道路/机场交通基础设施智能检测、监测和维养工作。参与了国家重点研发计划、省部级、厅局级项目多项。现已在国内外发表高水平学术论文15篇,授权国家专利及软著3项;研究成果获得陕西省第八届研究生高质量成果展二等奖,“沣东杯”陕西省科技工作者创新创业大赛铜奖,“International Research Awards on Civil and Environmental Engineering - Best Researcher Award”、First Prize of IACIP Student Poster Competition Award;现担任《市政技术》青年编委,《中国公路学报》助理编委,WTC会议审稿专家,以及《Automation in Construction》、《IEEE T-ITS》、《Frontiers in Built Environment》、《市政技术》等多个国内外高水平期刊审稿人。
